Identify the change
Review a price or status change against its source and effective date. Check for corrections, relistings and incomplete history before treating it as a signal.
Compare the context
Ask whether the change matters within a relevant peer group. Condition, location and ownership costs can explain a difference that looks attractive on price alone.
Apply editorial judgment
A material event earns investigation, not automatic promotion. RET records what changed, why it may matter and what still needs verification.
